Description:

• This person must be able to perform dosage calculations;

• Have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of hospital personnel;

• Perform basic office environment tasks;

• Have the aptitude to maintain proficiency in all Pharmacy computer systems, automated dispensing cabinet software and systems, and all technical equipment, Required to perform duties; and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Internet. High volume retail pharmacy

• Customer Service / Communication skills

• Ability to walk around hospital for extended time

Must Haves:

• 2+ years retail pharmacy technician experience

High volume - 250+ transactions a day

National Certification (CPhT OR PCTB) - can obtain within 3 months of working but must have exam scheduled before starting

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
