Job Description

The Digital Risk Governance, Workflow & Reporting Leader is responsible for end-to-end report development, analysis, and collaboration across Digital and other Enterprise reporting functions. They will be an intermediary between the Digital Chief Operations Office and Digital Chief Risk Office reporting teams working to ensure the cohesive flow of data and workflow management. They will utilize an agile approach to build reporting, applications, and workflows aligning risk programs, and various risk metrics. Applicants must be comfortable with data governance routines and Enterprise Data Governance policy. Must be able to balance multiple projects concurrently. Will be responsible and accountable for creating and communicating data analysis to the senior leadership team and managing committee members. Must be highly knowledgeable of risk programs, enterprise framework requirements, control reviews, QA and QC metrics as the incumbent will be expected to identify and speak to their report results.

Responsibilities may also entail project management on reports/applications/workflows that span across partners and/or programs.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Fifteen or more years of applicable experience

  • People Leadership experience

  • Considerable knowledge of Digital Risk

  • Strong technical background including experience with:

  • Power Platforms

  • SQL

  • SAS

  • Python

  • Proficient with the following Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, OneNote, SharePoint, Power Platforms

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining complex reports including report writing expertise, extensive knowledge of report development, and management/governance over linked data sources

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including being able to effectively communicate and build consensus with senior/executive management across business lines

  • Executive Reporting Exposure

  • Applicable certifications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $165,325.00 - $194,500.00 - $213,950.00
