Meta Strategic Partner Manager, Monetization Partnerships in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Meta is seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to accelerate monetization and drive product growth with a top partner in the Advertising ecosystem. These partners have multi capability and global reach, and are strategically positioned to help Meta drive incremental revenues by expanding our marketing capabilities and require strong business development skills and strategic planning. As a global platform, this role will establish and drive meaningful relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders and manage senior relationships to deliver mutually beneficial products and services.

Required Skills:

Strategic Partner Manager, Monetization Partnerships Responsibilities:

  1. The Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for managing some of Meta’s key relationships within Adtech/Martech/Commerce/Whatsapp and serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders across the Monetization organization.

  2. Responsible for strategy definition, revenue and product growth and overall account execution.

  3. Initiate and lead exploratory talks to drive new business opportunities and product growth initiatives with these partners, working with product, partner management, legal, solutions engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders as required

  4. Identify and prioritize partner opportunities based on quantitative analysis, providing guidance on Total Addressable Market and specific segments of the market these partners can help us influence and grow.

  5. Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful influence partner roadmaps by identifying mutual value exchange opportunities and translate it into high-quality insights to inform product roadmaps across a variety of product teams.

  6. Manage partnerships to deliver results, and build strong long-term partner relationships

  7. Represent Meta in external meetings with executives, both internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of experience in digital technology, advertising technology, or equivalent, in partner/account management/business development roles

  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  3. Experience gathering and analyzing data, research, and market analysis, translating this information into requirements to develop a long-term strategy.

  4. Experience working with Product, Sales, and other teams to identify and influence new product and platform capabilities

  5. Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders at all levels.

  6. Proven track record of building and scaling business

  2. Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and online advertising environment

  3. A track record of influencing change in organizations, and experience synthesizing and executing against problems and timelines

Public Compensation:

$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
