職務目的（Job Purpose）

テックマークジャパンは日本における延長保証事業のパイオニアとして、2024年で日本での事業開始から30周年を迎えます。当社はビジネスクライアントごとにオーダーメイドな延長保証プログラムを設計しており、現在100以上の保証プログラムを管理、2024年度には10以上の新しいプログラムを追加する予定です。その中で企画部の法務＆コンプライアンス課は、日々の延長保証業務を安定的に運営し、日本の法規制要件に従って収益性の高い成長を維持するための重要な役割を担っています。社内の各部署、外部弁護士、AIGグループのリーガルチームのサポートを得ながら、ビジネスクライアントごとの保証スキームに応じた契約書、保証規約の設計、管理を行っています。また、コンプライアンス関連事項もマネジメントしています。

職責（Job Responsibilities）　

※　プロフェッショナルポジション（ Job Grade19 ）

1) ビジネスクライアントおよび保険会社と法令に準拠した、延長保証プログラムのスキーム構築・確認

2) 外部弁護士および他部門のサポートを得ながら、契約書、保証規約、その他の保証プログラムに必要なドキュメント準備およびレビュー

3) 契約書、利用規約、その他の契約書および必要な申請書の内部承認プロセスを管理する

4) 保証プログラムに関連する保険契約の締結支援

5) コンプライアンスガイドラインおよび社内規定の違反防止と対処するための管理フレームワークの実行

6) 潜在的リスクや不適切なコンプライアンス関連課題の特定

・3年以上の法務部門における実務および社内外交渉経験（※必須）

・コンプライアンス関連業務経験（尚可）

・保険業界もしくは金融業界での商品部門勤務経験（歓迎）
