HMT LLC / Allentech, specializing in aluminum internal floating roof and perimeter seal systems for above ground storage tanks, is seeking candidates for the following position.

TIG WELDER - Allentown, PA

TIG Welding in a clean, temperature controlled, manufacturing environment. 98% of time is spent TIG Aluminum welding. Preferred candidates will have experience welding Aluminum, but the company will train motivated individuals with experience or training welding other metals. ALLENTECH offers a team-oriented work environment. Night Shift is currently working 730pm to 530am due to OT hours. Normal hours for Night Shift 10pm to 6am.

3 weeks paid vacation first year. Safety bonus. $150 annual boot voucher. Medical/Dental/Vision/HSA. 401K with 6% match. Performance based pay increases annually.

Duties/Responsibilities/Requirements

• 3 years' experience in TIG Welding

• Ability to read blueprints and read tape measure.

• Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs.

• Work in an efficient and effective manner.

• Comply with all HMT quality and safety policies and programs.

• Applicants are subject to new hire and random drug & alcohol testing.

• Ability to work with others in a team environment.

• Must be reliable, dependable and responsible.
